Transformers 3

1. The use of the screen space: on, behind and in front of the screen; the X, Y, and the Z axis. How well was it used, or was it over-used? Did you get a realistic or a hyper-realistic sense of depth in the film and why?

If i want to talk about the size of the screen i want to say the screen size was medium and stile there was some places which didn't cover it yet what’s the means? OK let me explain this more the screen degrees was around 195 but we can consider this as good screen for that area but in my opinion if they make bigger and make it 270 degrees its really a good idea because make feels more realistic for audience of the movie another things i want to talk about that is the frame of the screen stile got some problems like in top , down , left and right of the screen people can see the gap , its like empty space and it was white but during the movie turns to light gray so a little distract the audience another this is if they make the screen higher than the present screen its feel more realistic why for ex: that part of the movie when the table feel down to street when the table get close to the ground suddenly disappears.

2. Consider the director’s shot designs. How does the cinematographer maximize the sense of 3D by placement of the camera, choice of angles, and placement/direction of actors?

honestly there some senses we can count them as 3d senses most of the file was flat and sometimes in some senses there was some stuff who blocked the camera like pen ,monitor and paper and it was bother the eyes and become blue in screen if i am not mistaken the director choose the angles like this always the characters was in middle of the sense and the camera was little lower than the eye level of the audience to make the characters bit bigger and when something’s specially happenings in the behind of them provide the feeling (3d depth) mostly it was like 2 cameras in sides and one in middle the main one i means cause in this move the used more cameras in many angles

3. What shots or visual sequences remain in your mind as visually strong?

Discuss specific examples that you liked and why.

the senses of hitting the gas track all the gas capsules flying in the air and the character Sam was in the air too and when the capsules and the wheels going to hit the Sam his car Bumblebee hit them back was the strangest part of movie was remind i my mind cause gives me more feel like real and i feel the depth of field in that part

4. Consider the overall “soundscape” of the Transformers film.

Did the sound match the 3D visuals? Add to the visuals, or dominate the visuals? IN your opinion, what is the role of sound in a 3D film such as this one?

the overall soundscape was not really in good quality maybe it just was the cinema speakers problems cause all the time the bass was too much but the ambient of the sound was really nice the glasses sound of the birds cracking the metals and so on .

i can say the sound was nearly match the visual but not completely some of the professional criticism call this movie "Again, it’s messy, noisy, and ugly" hehe i am nearly agree with them .

the sound in movie like TS 3 is so important because and the main part which is visual we need to give the life to our movie and we can achieve this by using the sound like if we saw in the movie something’s hit the glasses but there is no sound or the quality of braking the sound is not acceptable we will lose the visual part too with adding the sound to our visual we make out movie feel like real .

5. Compared to any other 3D film you have seen, what the best part of this one was,

And why? Give examples for your comparison.

I want to compare the TS 3 with Thor in the Thor movie when he throwing his weapons on the audience is ineradicable the Thor 3d was really perfect i saw many of people try to avoid the hammer they think its going to hit them but in TS 3 i didn't get any feeling like this .

6. Discuss any other aspect of the film that your found added to the 3D experience.

first i want to complain about the cinema screen there was 6 area which it was dirt on them in whole of the movie they distract me and the other part was the 3d glasses was bit heavy and bothering the audience ears (the way the make them ) maybe in future they can build some glasses for those peoples like me who use the eyes glasses .

and i really like some effects in the movie like the dusts , tiny fired papers in the air , tiny floating glasses on the air and bullets its gave me feeling like i am in the area and i can touch them .
